Greetings once again loyal listeners, on this week’s installment of Moonhawk Studios Presents, we shall be talking with a trio of game designers from a rising star on the indie development scene, Cipher Prime Studios.  Cipher Prime has made a name for itself developing rather absracted and stylized puzzle games for various platforms.  From directing airflows in Auditorium, to crafting mathematics in Fractal: Make Blooms Not War to dabbling with the building blocks of life in Splice and dealing with the beats in the iOS only Pulse. Indeed, we will be talking about those games, the themes that run through them, such as the importance of music. We shall also hopefully discussing the upcoming Auditorium: Duet which gained notoriety earlier this year vis a vis their successful Kickstarter campaign and its proxy to the likes of Doublefine Adventures.  On our Fragments of Silicon segment we shall be discussing the Metroidvania sub-genre, not just its founders but the games fashioned in their particular tropes, the likes of Shadow Complex, Shante, Megaman ZX, Hero Core, 1000 Amps and so on and so forth and its concerning road into the future.  As always we shall be live this Wednesday at 10:00 PM EDT/7:00 PM PDT on both our Livestream and Twitch TV Channels and we hope to see you there  and if not, the show will be avialble in our archive right after recording is finished.
