Greetings once again loyal listeners, on the final Wednesday installment of Moonhawk Studios Presents we shall be welcoming the creative tandem behind the sci-fi adventure series Zap! Writer and Executive Producer Chris Layfield and Artist  Pascalle Lepas. Zap! is a webcomic started in 2003 by the duo starring the titular Zap Vexler as a plucky amnesiac selected to become Captain of the Excelsior starship belonging to a galactic rebellion trying to overthrow the evil GEF.  Along with first mate Reona, Robot the snarky shipnav robot and Gonthar the mechanic they must brave a dangerous web of dark conspiracies and Zap’s own ineptitude as they search for Eferem, the lost first captain of the vessel. On our Fragments of Silicon segment, we begin a three-part discussion on the topic of music in video games, and we begin by delineating music as it has evolved through the ages vis a vis the technology, from 8-bit chiptunes to redbook audio to the modern movie-equse score soundtrack. As always we shall be broadcasting at 10:00 PM EDT/7:00 PM PDT  on Livestream and segments on Twitch TV this Wednesday. For our regular listeners, be sure to update your calenders since as mentioned next week we start the Friday Night Run.
