Welcome once again to your weekly dose of gaming goodness and indeed welcome to the first season finale of this new outing from this band of five who have been doing this for a long while and indeed we intend to carry onwards for awhile longer. At any rate on this season finale of Fragments of Silicon we shall be welcoming the co-founder of another fresh faced indie outfit, having been founded only last year, we shall be welcoming Robert Zubeck of Somasim Games. Their mission statement is to bring that classic PC genre the city management simulator into a new mobile age starting with their first release, 1849, based on the San Fransisco Gold Rush.  Our topic of discussion this week shall be the mascot character, the rise of the mascot, the quasi-fall of the mascot and even what exactly constitutes a mascot? As always be sure to tune into the program live on Talkshoe this Wednesday at 9:00 PM EST/6:00 PM PST or if you miss the show be sure to download from Talkshoe or iTunes.
