Greetings once again loyal listeners and welcome once again to your weekly vertical slice of gaming goodness and geek culture. On this installment of Fragments of Silicon we shall at last be welcoming a gaming entity from the nation of Japan onto the program. We shall be having Nayan Ramachandran, localization director of the Active Games Media’s Playism division. Playism is the rough Japanese equivalent to digital storefront like Steam, GOG and the Humble Bumble as they operate a digital distribution platform that seeks out to bring Japanese indie games and localized Western indies to a wider audience. They also publish Japanese indie games onto the likes of Steam like with the recent PC Edition of D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die. Our Topic Of Discussion this week shall be about the recent contrversies surrounding renowned game developer Keiji Inafune.  As always be sure to tune into the program live on Talkshoe this Wednesday at 9:00 PM EST/6:00 PM PST or if you miss the show be sure to download from Talkshoe, iTunes or the PodcastAddict App for Android. Also be sure to join our Steam Group linked below.
